Friday Phone Dump + A Little More

I'm sorry for the lack of blogging in the recent days. Between going to the beach, unpacking, and going back to school, this is literally the first time I've sat down on an actual computer in several days. I'm currently in the process of editing my beach photos and because most of them were taken on my phone, I've had to go through my entire camera roll and email them to myself and then save it to this computer.

Not only has the transfer of photos been hard, it's also been difficult to find pictures for the Friday Phone Dump. Because most of my week was spent at the beach and most of my beach pictures were taken by my phone, I'd like to utilize all my photos from my trip for my beach post.

For the most part, I'll probably separate my beach trip into two posts. It will most likely be pictures from my phone in one and then pictures from my camera in the other, just for the sake of getting a post sooner since I haven't even began thinking about my pictures on my camera.

Trippin'

......road trippin' that is.

I absolutely love car rides. If I made a list of things I love, it'd probably go something like this:

1. Car Rides
2. Thunderstorms
3. Cute Underwear
4. Sunsets
5. Sundays

I love how the road moves fast, the trees and scenery move slow, and the sky is almost constant. I love how I can plug in my headphones and just think.

Sometimes I sit with my camera to the window and snap pictures of scenery. I watch as the landscape shifts from clusters of trees to rows of fields.

I watch people in their cars, studying their movements until we slowly depart by a change of lanes or difference in speeds.

I love when the interstate intersects with a town or city, providing a change of scenery. After hours of forests and farms, I'm mesmerized by the sight of civilization.

Almost Friday Phone Dump

I hope everybody had an amazing Christmas.

Tomorrow I will be leaving to ring in the new year at the beach, so I'm going ahead with the Friday Phone Dump. I'm planning on taking many pictures and I'll be posting them on my blog as soon as I get home.

We wont be returning until January 1st and unless I make posts from my phone, I probably wont be updating my blog.

Changing Things Up

I know what ya'll are thinking. Why is there a sunrise on this post? Because it's common knowledge and totally obvious that this isn't a sunset.

I honestly haven't posted a sunset in a while and I feel like such a total slacker but all I have is this sunrise from Thursday. I guess beggars can't be choosers.

Friday Phone Dump

Yesterday I officially stepped over into the iPhone world. I traded my beloved droid of two years for a beautiful, shiny, precious, white iPhone (can you tell I'm in love?).

Now that I have a fairly good camera on my phone, I've decided to join the bandwagon full of Friday Phone Dump bloggers. If you're new to the concept, it's pretty much where every Friday you compile a collage of your latest pictures from the week. Because I've only had mine for a day, the collage only consists of four photos, but next weeks will be better.

Life is Good

I'm officially on Christmas break. I took my final EOC today and I'm done for the year, at least till 2013. 

Not my favorite picture, but I loved that I found a ladybug so I had to post it.

I swear my neighbor's cat stalks me. Every time I'm outside she somehow knows it and finds me. I can't help but take some pictures of her. Maybe sometime I'll dedicate an entire post to her, but let's not get ahead of ourselves now.

Like I had mentioned in my last post, all my pictures are becoming the same. I swear I've taken at least fifty pictures of dandelions and my neighbor's cat. I need to go somewhere new and I promise I'm working on it.
